OH MY!!

So holy crap I've been busy lately. With winter finally over and spring on the horizon our days have been filled with things that should have been done before the snow fall last year, like raking leaves and putting toys away. But what a relief to finally be able to let the girls outside to run and play without the fear of them freezing to death.

The baby update.....the baby is due on the 30 of June but because of unforeseen circumstances of the previous c-section they are taking him a month early. So at the last doctor's appointment they scheduled the amniocentesis for the 1 of June and the results should come back within 24 hours. If the results show a good lung development they will schedule the c-section for the 3 of June. If the results show that his lungs aren't developed enough I will have to undergo steroid treatments for a week and then they will schedule the c-section for the 10 of June. So needless to say I am a little stressed because I am not to sure about where all this time has gone because I still see projects that need to be completed before his arrival.

Exciting news on the kid front...... LILY is ALMOST completely potty trained!!!! For the last 2 days she has kept her underwear dry and that is a BIG accomplishment in this house. Anyone that I have talked to lately will tell you that she is very stubborn and I didn't think this day would ever come. So hopefully this will continue and I won't have to worry about having three in diapers. Cheyenne is almost as stubborn with walking and Lily has been with potty training. So I have yet to see my 15 month old walk on her own. Hope that will change soon, because there isn't anyway I am going to be able to pack a 1 and a half year-old and a newborn every where I go.

We are enjoying the wonderful weather we have had the last couple of days and CAN"T wait for summer in Alaska.

Good luck with everything Jamie! I understand the stress of having a new baby come! I feel like I have a million things to do to get ready but no energy! I hope everything goes well!

That's great that the potty training is moving forward! Three in diapers would keep you busy busy busy! I hope all goes well with the new baby too, my first came five weeks early and his lungs weren't ready so he needed NICU time. Why are they having him come early? (I'm curious cause I've have two c-sections and know there can be complications) Good luck and stay caught up on your sleep!
