Cheyenne

I posted a few pictures of the older girls, but Cheyenne doesn't really like to have her picture taken. Today she decided to coporate with me for at least one good shot. So here is the most recent picture of the baby.

Outside Play

The girls really haven't been able to play outside this summer because of our rainy weather. So it decided to let the sun come out from behind the rain clouds so I decided to let the girls play in the backyard. While the girls were playing I decided to snap a few pictures.

Glasses

Liberty and Lily both have glasses now. Liberty's perscription changed so she got new glasses and Lily has never had them. I think that they look pretty cute. Check them out!

Eating Solids

Cheyenne had her 6 month checkup on Wendsday. She is now 14 lbs 7 oz. Still quite small for her age. She is still in 0/3 month clothes. I took these pictures the other day when I was feeding her some sweet potatoes. The looks I got when I put it in her mouth were very memorable. Check them out.

Cooking dinner

The girls really get into helping with dinner. SO I thought that I would take some pictures while they were helping, but it turned into a photo shoot instead. They are little hams when it comes to taking pictures. They were helping me husk corn on the cob for the grill. Here are the pictures

Busy, Busy

I haven't been able to update the blog lately because our computer was having problems. But we got it fixed and I just thought that I would update you all on some things. Phillip has been off and will off until the 25. It's kind of nice having him home to help me with the kids and daily chores. Him and Liberty decided to take a break from it all, and I captured the moment. It's pretty crazy how much Liberty has "grown up" in the last 6 months.

Tanana Valley Fair

Our county fair is in full swing, and although it was cold (50 degrees) and rainy, my sister-in-law Tashina and I decided to brave the weather and go to the fair with the kids. There were quite a few kids rides, but Lily was not tall enough to ride them. So to avoid the crys and screams from Lily, I allowed her and Liberty to ride on two rides. They got to ride on the safari train and the pony carasell. We visited the 4-H barns with all the animals from ducks, rabbits, goats, sheep, cows, turkeys, chickens, horses and pigs. The girls had alot of fun in the petting zoo that they have for the little kids. Lily loved petting the goat and Liberty loved holding the rabbits. All in all it wasn't such a bad day until the end, because it was their nap time and hadn't had a nap all day. So we headed home and put them in bed. Phillip started his 4 day on rotation out at Clear Air Station today, so I have been trying to keep the kids busy so they keep the "where's daddy" questions to a minimum. Tomorrow we are headed to base to go to the community center so that the kids can run off some energy. Here are some pictures of the girls at the fair.

VIP Comes to Eielson AFB, AK

So we had a very important visitor come up our direction. President Bush and Mrs Bush and his daughter came to Eielson today. The girls and I were very excited to be there. He talked to the troops and their families before heading to the olympics in Beijing. Here are some pictures of Air Force One, Brig. Gen. Graper (Base Commander), Pres. Bush, First Lady and Barbra Bush. Enjoy!

Front of the house

Ok, so I know that we have been in our house for almost 6 months, but I am just now posting pictures. We enjoy having our own home, but could definately do without the extra expenses if something brakes. But you always have good with the bad.

Birthday Fun

Ethan, one of our old neighbors, had his 4th birthday on Saturday. The theme was carnival fun. They had all sorts of games with prizes including face painting, cotton candy, and popcorn. Liberty had an elephant painted on her face and Lily had a heart. The kids had a blast playing outside and winning prizes. Here are some pictures.
